Production times

Our commitment to serving our customers is our number one priority and we've been overwhelmed by your support. Due to increased demand we're currently experiencing some delays with standard orders.

Our standard order production time is currently 10 - 12 business days but we're working on improving that and returning to our usual production timeframe of 7 - 10 days as fast as possible. If you need an order to be delivered before a particular date please let us know when you order and we'll do our best to keep on top of it.

 

Same Day items

Our Same Day category is still the fastest option with orders completed by 4:30pm if ordered by 10am. Please note that if you order a mix of items that include items Same Day category they will only be shipped wen the regular items are completed.  

 

Stock levels

Due to higher than usual demand in many industries and with much stock coming from overseas we've been experiencing supply-chain issues for some suppliers. This means that many popular sizing options or styles may be out of stock from time to time. We will continue to update our website with stock availability, please accept our apologies if your favourite style or size is not available at this time. 

 

Shipping times

Postal services are experiencing peak demand for their services and there's been a number of shipping delays which have especially impacted our international customers. For more info, please click here
