Yes! We are a Scentsy authorised vendor and all items that contain the Scentsy logos or markings have been approved by Scentsy.

If you have a team logo or any other design that you would like printed and offered on the store you can submit a design and we can apply directly with Scentsy for the approvals.

The printing process

Every purchase is made to order from our Brisbane facility using the highest quality digital printing equipment.

Digital printing (also known as DTG) uses modified inkjet technology to print any graphic you want with excellent print quality. With DTG printing, the ink soaks into the garment itself and becomes part of the shirt. The print quality is excellent with virtually no limit to the colours and will last for many years.

How long will my order take to arrive?

Standard shipping can take about 7 - 10 business days to print and deliver each order using Australia post. Some places outside metro may take a little longer. If you're ordering for a specific deadline select from our same day printing options. 

If you need an order in a hurry we have express shipping options available which can be selected at the checkout.

You will receive an email with tracking information from Australia Post once your order has been dispatched.

How should I wash my printed garments?

Digitally printed shirts will last for many years and there are ways to prolong the life of your custom print. We suggest the following care instructions:

• Machine wash cold (or hand wash)
• Gentle cycle only with mild detergents
• Do not bleach
• No fabric softener
• Do not dry clean
• Hang dry or tumble dry on very low settings
